Join world renowned chefs Steven Doherty, James Holden and Matt Nugent for our exclusive Guest Chef Dinner event. Our student chefs will work alongside them in the kitchen to produce and deliver an astounding menu of locally sourced produce while demonstrating culinary flair.
Steven is famed for his work at Le Gavroche with Albert Roux and being the first British person to be Head Chef of a three-Michelin star restaurant. Both James and Matt have spent time in several Michelin starred kitchens. James has worked at some of the world’s finest hotels including The Savoy and Gleaneagles and Matt has spent time working for Hilton Hotels and Heathcotes Restaurant.
Limited to only 60 guests, this intimate dinner party features four courses plus hors d’œuvre and petit fours, showcasing sophisticated fine dining cuisine delivered by Michelin experienced chefs.
Tickets will not be issued for this event, simply give your name upon arrival at the Restaurant on the night.
